Glasgow High School junior Danica Stephens placed second in the Congressional App Challenge.
She spoke with Glasgow News 1 on Tuesday about her winning app “Care Path” which is “designed to help patients safely transition from the hospital to home and manage the critical recovery period following a procedure or hospital stay.”

U.S. Representative Brett Guthrie said the winning apps “showcased incredible ingenuity and creativity” and “their utilization of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, is thoroughly impressive.”
