GLASGOW, Ky. – A Florida man attempted to flee Glasgow Police, but he failed.
Officers repsonded to a complaint of an intoxicated subject along Happy Valley Road on Sunday. Officers located a man that began to flee from them upon their arrival.
Christopher P. Mercado, 20, of Tallahassee, Fla., was arrested and charged with public intoxication (controlled substance, excluding alcohol), first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot) and first degree wanton endangerment of a police officer.
