Jerry Leonard Lile, 77, of Knob Lick went to his Heavenly home on March 24, 2023. He was the son the late Landis Lile and the late Emma Mae Nichols. Leonard was of the Baptist faith and attended various churches in the community. He was a retired machine operator at SKF/Tyson Bearing. His greatest love was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Alma Jean Lile; three children: Lisa Brandon (Mike Phillips), Jeff Lile (Lana), and Jonathan Lile (Julia); three grandchildren: Selena Lile (Greg Marston), Zachary Lile,, and McKenzie Lile (Nate Mitchell); two great-grandchildren: Everly Forbis and Hudson Mitchell; one brother Mark Lile (Sharon); several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Jerry Lynn Lile, a granddaughter Adrianne Danielle Lile, two sisters, Jo Ann Ervin and Caroline Walton, and one brother James Vernon Lile.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 30, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Houk Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
