Glasgow fell behind early to Bowling Green on Friday and could not recover. The Lady Purples opened the game on a 7-2 run and did not trail in the game.
The Lady Scotties trailed 13-4 at end of the first quarter. Glasgow continued to struggle to score in the second quarter, and trailed 28-14 at halftime.
Bowling Green led 45-24, and won the game 62-34.
The loss dropped the Lady Scotties to 2-1 on the season.
Jakylie Green led Glasgow with 10 points, while Reese England added eight.
The Lady Scotties return to action today against Russellville at 4:30 p.m. at Bowling Green High School.
