Former Barren County Trojan Aden Nyekan led No. 17 Georgetown College to a 89-71 win over Florida College on Saturday.
The Tigers trailed until Zion Harmon hit a jumper with 11:53 left in the first half. Georgetown took control of the game with a 17-1 run before the end of the half. Nyekan scored nine points during the run, had a steal and three rebounds.
Nyekan led the Tigers with 21 points and seven rebounds.
Georgetown is back in action Saturday against 7-1 University of Mobile.
