Former Glasgow Scottie J.C. Walbert picked up playing time in Transylvania University’s first two games of the regular season.
In a season-opening loss to Muskingum, Walbert posted five points and dished three assists in 16 minutes. He followed that with seven points, three rebounds, two steals and an assist in a 70-68 win over Berry last Saturday.
The Pioneers return to action this Saturday against University of Mount Union in Cincinnati at 5 p.m. central time.
