Ann Elaine (Jewell) Harbison, 75, passed away at home on Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was born on February 25, 1950 to the late John Leamon and Mary Kathleen Jewell. Elaine dedicated her life to her family and valued her role as wife and mother. She was a devoted Christian and a member of Refuge Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Stanley Harbison; two children, Cynthia Shive (Randall) and Clint Harbison (Kim); three grandchildren, Clay Shive, Keith Shive, and Kaylee Harbison; one sister, Carolyn Matthews; one brother, Dennis Jewell; several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John Jewell, Jr.; a grandson, Cody Harbison Shive; and a brother-in-law, Billy Matthews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to T J Samson Hospice.
