Former Barren County distance runner Brody Miller finished in the Top 30 of the men’s Mid-South Conference cross country championship.
The Georgetown College freshman finished the eight-kilometer race in 28:28.18. Teammate Bode Byall finished 26th in 28:17.68. The Tigers were sixth as a team, according to information from the college.
“Our men competed with heart and purpose today,” head coach Camryn Snapp said. “We were predicted to finish seventh, but this group stepped up and raced extremely hard to exceed expectations and accomplish their team goals.”
