Carolyn W. Overfelt age 78 of Munfordville passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 14, 2025 at her home. She was born in Hart County on August 5, 1947 to the late Lester Melvin “Jake” & Oma Meredith Wilkerson.
After Carolyn retired from Louisville Bedding in Munfordville, she was a caregiver for the elderly. She was a member of the Wilkerson Temple Methodist Church.
She was preceded by her husband Phillip Overfelt and two brothers Donnie Wilkerson & Jerry Meredith.
Carolyn is survived by her children John Overfelt(Kim) and Alicia Trulock; grandchildren Chelsea, Marissa, Makayla & Malayna; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Zoey, Jacen, Zailey, Harper & Bennie; her brothers Ronnie Wilkerson(Cindy) & Junior Ramos and a sister-in-law Pam Wilkerson.
The funeral service for Carolyn W. Overfelt will be held at 2pm Monday, November 17, 2025 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Priddy officiating. Visitation will be held Monday after 10am at the Sego Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Mt. Beulah Cemetery.
