Anthony “J.T” Baker, age 21 of Columbia, Kentucky, formerly Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. J.T. was born on December 08, 2003 in Barren County, Kentucky to Mark Baker and the late Lottie Young Baker. He was a 2023 graduate of Cumberland County High School.
Survivors include, His Father, Mark Baker(Melissa) of Columbia, Kentucky; One Sister, Cheyenne Star Baker of Columbia, Kentucky; Step Brother, Austin Robert Madera of Monticello, Kentucky; His Grandmothers, Brenda Baker and Minnie Young both of Burkesville, Kentucky; Aunts and Uncles, Michael Baker(Kim), Michele Watson(Troy), Archie Young, and Carolyn Smith all of Burkesville, Kentucky, and Rebecca Guffey of Albany, Kentucky; Special Cousin, George Watson and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, Kentucky with burial in Baker Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
