Rickie Dobbs, 72, of Lakeland, Florida passed away November 10, 2025 at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Lakeland.
The Vanduser, Missouri native was a former resident of Chalybeate and a retired employee of GM Corvette Assembly. He was a son of the late William Dobbs and Margaret McClain Dobbs and the husband of the late Deborah Manier Dobbs. He was preceded in death by a son, Rickie William Dobbs Jr.
Surviving are a son Shane Dobbs of Bedford, IN; a daughter, Misty Boyd of Lakeland; a bonus daughter, Penny Vincent Francis of Louisville; a sister, Brenda Noce of St. Louis; two grandchildren, Brian Boyd Jr. of Bowling Green and Nikitta Boyd of Lakeland; and a great granddaughter, Octavia.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kinser Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM Sunday at the funeral home.
