Phillip Rudolph Driver, 74, of Adolphus, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025 at Hospice House in Bowling Green. The Scottsville native was a retired employee of Fleetwood Mobile Homes, former employee of Scottsville Tire Exchange and a son of the late Albert K. Driver and Mamie Lee Swindle Driver.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Driver, Adolphus, Kentucky; 1 son, Brent Driver (Angie), Franklin, Kentucky; 2 daughters, Tonya Stephens (David), Scottsville, Kentucky and Nicole Ferguson, Adolphus, Kentucky; his mother-in-law, Jean Smith, Scottsville, Kentucky; 2 sisters, Kathy Moore (Clay), Westmoreland, Tennessee and Virginia Conner, Scottsville, Kentucky; 1 sister-in-law, Barbara Driver, Scottsville, Kentucky; 1 special niece, Bobbi Kay Steen (Victor), Adolphus, Kentucky; 14 grandchildren, Alexis Scott, Kinsleigh Scott, Tyler Ferguson, Layla Ferguson, Addison Rippy, Jacob Perkins, Serenity Perkins, A.J. Perkins, Leon Willoughby, Samantha Jones (Joshua), Justin Stephens (Chrissy), Rachael Carder, Cody Driver and Abigail Driver;5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 1 son, Chris Cornwell; 2 brothers, Bill J. Driver and Clay Driver (Peggy); 3 sisters, Margaret Bratcher, Faye Buchanan and Sue Medley; his father-in-law, Leon Smith and 1 niece, Penny Wade.
Funeral service will be 1:30 P.M. Friday, October 31, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Patrick officiating and burial in New Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 7:00 A.M. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
