Nancy Alexander age 74 of Hodgenville passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Nancy was a retired case worker with Child Protective Services of Hart County. She was a member of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Nancy was the daughter of Hurlie & Nellie Maulden Horton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by a brother Norman Horton & sisters Gennetta Horton and Jean Horton.
Nancy is survived by her husband Jim Alexander; her children, Jimmy Cook, Nanetta Trulock(Chris) and Tanya Moon(Derrick); step-children, James Alexander, Katie Scott & Jennifer Zieland; grandchildren, Elizabeth Bordres(Tyler), Evan & Emilee Trulock, Mason Horton, Gracie & Lillian Moon, Maranda & Ashley Moon, Aston Alexander, Max & Jackson Scott; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Stella, Rylee, Emma Carson, Memphis, Reagean, Rose & Deklyn; niece & nephews,Lisa Hensley, Wayne, Donnie & Josh Horton.
The funeral service for Nancy Alexander will be 1pm Saturday, November 1, 2025 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Sanders & Bro. Nick Hurt officiating. Burial will be in the Center Point Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 10am-8pm and after 8am Saturday at the Sego Funeral Home.
