Lenda Sue Moore, 78 of Bowling Green died Sunday, October 26, 2025, at her residence.
The Edmonson County native was a daughter of the late Archie and Zelma Hawks Davis. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Davis and Brenda George and four brothers, J B Davis, Cliff Davis, Charles Davis and Bobby Joe Davis.
Lenda was a retired employee of Country Oven Bakery as a lab technician. She was a member of Plum Springs Baptist church and Sandhill Homemakers. For many years she enjoyed square dancing. She was a friend to all she met and loved helping others.
Leaving to cherish her memory is her husband Kenneth Larry Moore; a sister, Catherine Wilson; a brother, Kenneth Davis; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial at Hawks Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
