Russell Puckett age 77 of Munfordville passed away Sunday morning, October 26, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was a son of the late Everett & Oma Clark Puckett. Russell was a farmer and he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie Logsdon Puckett; six children Floyd Puckett(Beth), Melissa Puckett(Larry), Keith Wilder(Katie, Chris Wilder(Angel), Beverly Anderson(Rocky) & Jessica Cardwell(Ronald); 21 grandchildren & six great-grandchildren; five brothers, Damon, Roger, Larry, Daryl & Stevie Puckett, three sisters Tammy Handy, Shirley Puckett & Janie Sharp.
The funeral service for Russell Puckett will be 1pm Tuesday, October 28, 2025 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Ronald Riordan officiating. Burial will be in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4:30-8pm and after 8am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home.
