Wanda Jean Cowles, 64, of Cave City, Kentucky, died Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Elvie Frank and Betty Coomer Taylor.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Marty Cowles; one son, Kevin Cowles; three grandchildren, Veah Cowles (Jessie), Chloe White (AJ) and Damien Cowles; one great-grandchild, Oliver Key; three sisters, Margie Eatmon, Daisey Taylor (Christy) and Jennifer Cloyd (Robert); one half sister, Patricia Fancher (Gary); two brothers, Mike Taylor (Chrissy) and Ronnie Taylor (Rhonda); one half brother, John Fields (Jennifer); one sister in law, Tonya Hennion (Joel); two brother in laws, Timmy Cowles (Lisa) and Darrell Cowles and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by step father, Tommy Crowe; father and mothers in law, Tommy and Carolyn Cowles; brother, Larry Taylor; sister, Lynn Benningfield; nephew, Kenny Benningfield; brother in law, Russell Eatmon.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, September 20, 2025 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday and after 9:00 am Saturday until time for services at the funeral home.
