Kari Dodd Button 53, Lucas, died peacefully on Wednesday August 27, 2025. She was born on June 12, 1972 to the Late Freddie Dodd Button and Nancy Armstrong Button. She was a member of the South Green Church of Christ.
Kari was native of Barren County and grew up on the Button family farm working hand by hand with her Dad. Kari was known for transporting Amish families far and wide. She would transport the Amish products livestock or any other things they needed transported all over the United States. She was beloved member of the community by all that knew her and as well had a deep love & commitment to the community. She served her community with a servants heart.
She is survived by her beloved dog Oreo; cousin Suzanne Britt; beloved friends, James and Penny Barker, Jenny Hoffman and so many others to numerous to mention.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday September 6, 2025 at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
