Danny Keith Tibbs, age 75 of Cave City, died Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at his residence. The Barren County native was born on December 18, 1949, to the late Virginia Nell Perkins and Denny and Runell Tibbs.
Danny retired after a dedicated career as a truck driver for Ryder Trucking. In his retirement, he found joy in spending time with friends, sharing stories, and restoring antique cars, a passion he thoroughly enjoyed. and he was a member of the Shady Grove Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Adwell Tibbs; his children, Allen England and wife Honey and Shelley Tibbs Thomas, all of Cave City; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Michael Furlong and wife Robin of Summer Shade and Deena Brown and husband Michael of Martinsville; sisters-in-law, Teresa Furlong of Summer Shade, Jean Bale and husband David, Brenda Cline and Shirley Horton and husband Charles all of Cave City.
Funeral services for Danny Keith Tibbs will be held at 2PM Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Patton Funeral Home Cave City Chapel with interment will be in Cave City Cemetery. Visitation from 11A to 2PM Patton Funeral Home Cave City Chapel. Memorial contributions can be made to Boys & Girls Club of Glasgow-Barren County.
