Judy Kaye Sanders Smith, age 68, passed away Saturday July 12, 2025 at her residence in Bowling Green, KY.
Born August 10, 1956, a native of Edmonson County, Judy was the daughter of the late Carlos Sanders and Lorene Wilson Sanders. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Debbie Sanders, Teresa Sanders, Ricky Sanders and Ronald Sanders.
Judy loved her family, her grandkids and Jesus. She enjoyed thrift shopping, yard sales and being outdoors.
Judy is survived by her two sons, Jason Yates (Kim) and Chris Leptinsky (Jennifer), her grandchildren, Melissa, Isaiah, Charlie and Abbi, her siblings, Donna Sanders, Lester Sanders (Michelle), Melinda Baker (Mike), Sue Suddarth (Jimmy) and Beverly Taylor, one sister-in-law, Myra Sanders and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Thursday July 17, 2025 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, followed by a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 PM.
