James Bradley “Brad” Honeycutt, a native of Hiseville, was born on October 10, 1976, in Glasgow, Kentucky. Surrounded by his loving family, Brad peacefully departed this life and entered the presence of his Heavenly Father on June 25, 2025.
Brad was a devoted member of Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, where he faithfully worshiped and served the Lord. His heart for service, however, extended far beyond the church walls. A dedicated employee of Dotson Electric, Brad was respected for his strong work ethic and valued as a true friend by his coworkers.
It was a privilege to know Brad. He was a loving husband, father, and friend. Brad took pride in helping others. If you needed something, Brad was likely at your doorstep the very next day with a solution that went above and beyond expectations.
A talented handyman, Brad could tackle just about any task or challenge. His craftsmanship and care were visible in every project he touched.
He was the true definition of a supportive and devoted father, always putting his children’s needs ahead of his own. He also adored his granddaughter, Aubrey June.
Brad had a deep love for the outdoors and expressed true joy while hunting, fishing, or simply being among God’s creations in nature. He was truly one of a kind—a rare soul whose presence left a lasting impression. Brad will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Glenda and Wayne Honeycutt; his paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Oscar Honeycutt; and his maternal grandparents, Luther and Jennie Neal.
He is survived by his loving wife of twenty years, Jennifer Honeycutt; his children, Austin (Megan), Landon, and Laressa; his granddaughter, Aubrey; his siblings, Derek, Julie (Kim), and Tony; and many cherished aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
