Motivational speaker, author, DJ choreographer and podcast host. Kate Garnes will be at the Barren County Middle School this morning, partaking in her mission to “help teens, find their worth and value when nobody shows up to tell them they are worthy invaluable.”
This event, made possible by the BCMS Youth Service Center and Graves Gilbert Clinic is held in conjunction with Suicide Prevention Month.
Garnes has appeared at schools and other venues across the nation in hopes of raising awareness about the importance of student mental health.
