A Glasgow property with a controversial history has been placed on the market. According to a Coldwell Banker real estate property listing for commercial properties, the Happy Valley in at 500 Happy Valley Rd. is for sale, for $269,500.
The listing describes the property as “currently closed in need of renovation”.
The inn was closed last fall after the Barren River District Health Department closed its doors for numerous health and safety violations, at which point to facility’s residents were just placed.
Since that time, it has sat unoccupied.
