The much-anticipated 3rd Annual Movie Under the Stars event is set to take place next Friday, June 14th held at the new amphitheater at Beaver Creek Park.
This community event is a collaborative effort between the Barren County Family YMCA, the Glasgow Parks and Recreation Department, Nemak, and the Kiwanis Club.
The event, which promises an evening of family-friendly entertainment, will feature Kung-Fu Panda 4 screened under the open sky. The movie will begin at dark, providing a perfect opportunity for families and friends to gather and enjoy a summer night out.
Next Friday is just the start of the Movie under the Stars season as a movie will be screened each month through August. Director of Parks and Rec. Eddie Furlong, spoke on this season’s movie schedule.
