THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about April 1, 2024 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Officer Garth Avery.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about April 19, 2024 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of THEFT OF IDENTITY OF ANOTHER WITHOUT CONSENT when she knowingly possessed or used any current or former identifying information of another person, and with the intent to represent that she was the other person for purpose of avoiding detection.
COUNT 2
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about April 19, 2024 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of PUBLIC INTOXICATION when she appeared in a public place manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance, or other intoxicating substance, not therapeutically administered, to the degree that she may have endangered herself or other persons or property, or unreasonably annoyed persons in her vicinity.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about April 26, 2024 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (ON FOOT), 2ND DEGREE when, as a pedestrian, and with intent to elude or flee, he knowingly or wantonly disobeyed a direction to stop given by a police officer, and in fleeing or eluding he was the cause of, or created a substantial risk of, physical injury to any person.

knowingly and unlawfully possessed methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, having at least two prior convictions for that offense.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about May 5, 2024 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of POSSESSION OF SYNTHETIC DRUGS, 2ND OR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE when he knowingly and unlawfully possessed synthetic drugs, having at least one prior conviction for that offense.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about May 5, 2024 in Barren County,Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE when he knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance classified in Schedules IV or V.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about May 5, 2024 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE when he threatened to commit any crime likely to result in death or serious
physical injury to another person or likely to result in substantial property damage to another person.
