Jo Ann Williams, age 58 of Henryville, IN, departed this life on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in Louisville. The New Albany, IN native was born on July 6, 1965 to the late James and Rosie Doss Kliessendorff. She was married to Sidney “Sid” Williams, who also preceded her in death.
Jo Ann was a homemaker and attended First Baptist Church in Henryville.
She leaves to honor her memory— her children, Deanna Kliessendorff, Tiffany Williams of Henryville and Ruth Williams of Clarksville; grandson, Jackson Wright; siblings, Brenda Snelling, Jarvis Kliessendorff (Erica), Elizabeth Houchens, Penny Kliessendorff and Jake Kliessendorff; brother-in- law, Marks Williams (Julie), along with several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmie Kliessendorff.
Interment will be in Poplar Spring cemetery.
