William David “Billy” Payne, 37 of Bowling Green died on Tuesday April 2, 2024.
He was the son of the late Mike Payne and was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and his mother-in-law, Judy Underhill. Billy was a welder for R&R Fabrications.
His survivors include his wife, Charly Danielle Payne; two children, Michael Edward and Juliet Faye Payne; his mother, Jennifer Finn (Dan); one brother, Seth Payne; two nieces, Molly and Penelope Payne; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
His funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be a private family burial.
