Lorena Judd Bagby of Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of the late William Emmett Judd and Mollie Floyd Judd, was born on Friday, February 22, 1926 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Sunday, February 18, 2024 in Florida. She was 97 years, 11 months, and 28 days of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a lifelong member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. She was also store clerk for the former Henderson’s Five & Dime in Greensburg many years ago.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Truman Oransby Bagby on October 10, 1986, having united in marriage in 1946.
Survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Terry and Matilda Bagby of Florida; two grandchildren: Gabe Allen Bagby and wife, Amanda, and Lee Garrett Bagby, and wife, Cheryl all of Florida; three great-grandchildren: Leela Jade Bagby, Alli Jean Bagby, and Jessi True Bagby all of Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Bagby was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

The funeral services for Lorena Judd Bagby will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Central Time, Sunday, February 25, 2024 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Neagle Cemetery. Bro. Dale Curry and Bro. Jason Elam officiating.
Visitation is requested after 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Sunday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Greensburg Methodist Church or Neagle Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
