Kathy Ann Madison Kestel, 75, of Bowling Green passed away Feb. 22, 2024 at Hospice House in Bowling Green.
The Smiths Grove native was a homemaker and a member of Salt River United Baptist Church in Shepherdsville. She also enjoyed entertaining children as “Mrs. Claus” at Christmastime. She was a daughter of the late Wilbur Madison and Melba Blanton Madison and the wife of the late Theodore Kestel. She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Poynter.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday March 2, 2024 at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kinser Cemetery.
Surviving are two sons, Bill Richards (Nancy) of Grand Rapids, MI and Tim Richards (Sharon) of Scottsburg, IN; 11 grandchildren, Christopher Richards. Meagan Richards, Joe Richards, Jeremiah Richards, Faith Richards, Dacoyte Richards, Zack Richards, Catelynn Richards, Timmy Scott, Shane Lee and Josh Longoria; and 11 great grandchildren.
