(December 11, 2023) Glasgow, KY — Glasgow EPB customers who pay their bills over the phone will need to make note of a new phone number for the service.
The EPB Pay-by-Phone system’s new number is 844-757-0081. The system is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for you to make GEPB account payments over the phone at no extra charge.
In addition to paying over the phone, EPB customers now have another option to pay their bills. You can download the new Glasgow EPB payment app at glasgowepb.com/billpay for a smoother, more convenient bill payment experience.
With the new payment app, you can manage your payments, receive notifications, view usage and more.
