Ricky Nelson France, age 64, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2023 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born in Warren County on November 1, 1959 to the late Orena Pearl and Stonewall Jackson France. At an early age, he was a member of State Street Baptist Church; later on in life he became a member of Powerhouse Ministries where he served as a Deacon and drove the church van. Ricky was a factory worker, and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. When you seen him, he always had a sly smile on his face. Along with his parents, He was proceeded in death by three brothers: Ivan & Robert France, and Shelby Humble.
He is survived by his daughters, Kayla France and Nickiea Proctor; Two Sisters, Mary Ann Stewart (Gary), and Wava France; A special friend, like a sister, MariLyndia Parrish; Three Grandchildren, a Host of Nieces and Nephews, and a very special friend, Julie Burdine.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 at 1:00pm at the J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapel on Broadway. Visitation will begin at 10:00am until the time of service with cremation to follow.
