Guthrie, Ky. (November 2, 2023) — An Allen County man is facing charges for child sexual abuse offenses following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
Authorities arrested 34-year-old Chad L. Delucenay around 10:33am on November 1st.
Delucenay was originally arrested for child sexual exploitation offenses in Allen County in June of this year. Further investigation revealed an additional victim and evidence for charges in Todd County.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch presented this investigation to the Todd County Grand Jury and an indictment warrant was returned.
Delucenay is currently charged with one count of first degree rape, victim under 12 years old – a class A felony punishable by twenty to fifty years in prison; and one count of first degree sexual abuse, victim under 12 years old – a class-C felony punishable by five to ten years in prison.
Delucenay was lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
