MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (September 22, 2023) — A Bell County man is facing child sexual exploitation charges following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing sexually explicit images of juveniles online.
The investigation resulted in executing a search warrant at a residence in Middlesboro on September 21st. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. KSP arrested located, interviewed and arrested Robert R. Price, 47. Price is currently charged with five counts of possessing matter portraying a minor over the age of 12 in a sexual performance. This charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. Price was lodged in the Bell County Jail.
The investigation is still ongoing.
