Roger Harve Clinton, 91, of Glasgow passed away on August 16, 2023 at Barren County Health Care Center. Roger was born November 8, 1931 in Medford, Wisconsin to the late Harve Clinton and late Ester (Hilton) Madrick. Roger was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church in Glasgow.
Mr. Clinton had a military career in the Air force where he was proud to serve his country. Once he retired from the Air force, Roger worked at Willard Airport in Sandy, Illinois as an Air Traffic Controller. He later became chief at Willard Airport for the FAA and served for 15 years. Once he became a resident of Glasgow, Roger’s love for his career guided him to join the board at Glasgow airport.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Wilma K. Clinton; his son, Rodney Clinton (Pam); his daughter, Judy Stephan.
The funeral service will be Friday, August 18th, 1:00 PM at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Military honors at graveside will be provided by DAV Chapter #20. Visitation will begin on Friday, August 18th, from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
