Ruth Anna Francis, 76, of Brownsville passed away May 18, 2023 at her home. The Jefferson County native was a barber and a member of Brownsville Missionary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late James Landrum Davis and Lola Dean Barrett Davis and the wife of the late James Douglas Francis.
No public services are scheduled. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are two sons, Douglas Francis of Navarre, FL and Jimmy Francis of Brownsville; a daughter, Wendi Jo Simon (John) of Sunfish; three brothers, Donnie Davis, Cliff Davis and Larry Davis; five grandchildren, Jacob Madison, Ryan Francis, Nicole Francis, Janna DeAnn Roof (Josh) and Josie Logsdon (Kenny); and four great grandchildren, Maddox Francis, Eliza Roof, Zeke Roof and Naomi Logsdon.
