Mrs. Susan (Miller) Thompson

Mrs. Susan (Miller) Thompson, age 66, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Monroe County Medical Center.  Susan was born in Monroe County, on November 14, 1956, a daughter of the late Charles Ezell and Nell (Smith) Miller. She graduated from Tompkinsville High School Class of 1974.  Susan worked at Red Kap Industries, and Monroe County High School for several years. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and watching marble tournaments with her late husband and son.

She is survived by a daughter, Frankie Michelle Sanchez, of Tompkinsville, two grandsons, Zeke and Adrian Murley of Fountain Run, two sisters; Debbie Copas and husband Larry, and Stephanie Dicken of Tompkinsville and one brother Jeffrey Miller and his wife Tanya of White House, Tennessee.  Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Michael Thompson, a son Roy Nathan Thompson, and one sister, Patty Fox. 

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, with burial to follow in Old Mount Herman Cemetery.  Bro. Darrick Proffitt will officiate the services. 

Visitation with the family will begin at 11:00 on Thursday, and continue until the time of services at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral fund, those may be made at the funeral home.
