Dorval Fredrick Ellett of Green County, Kentucky, son of Gladys Arthur Dearie of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, and the late Dorval Ellett, was born on Friday, August 3, 1962 in Hancock, New York and departed this life on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at his home. He was 60 years, eight months, and six days of age.
Mr. Ellett was of the Catholic faith, a member of the Pennsylvania Fire Company, and was a Veteran having served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1983.
Other survivors include his children: Ashley Northup, Chris Templeton both of Pennsylvania, Sierra Ellett, and Alex Ellett both of Green County; Nine grandchildren; three sisters: Tracy Nossavage, Joyce Oakley, and Tammy Kazmierski all of Pennsylvania; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son: Derrick Ellett on July 13, 2021.

Honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen. A private family Military Rites service will be conducted by the Marion County Honor Guard on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.
