PARK CITY — A morning full of shade and trade is slated for Saturday, April 22 at Bells Tavern Park.
The event is presented by the city of Park City and the Barren County Family YMCA. A slew of events are planned, including vendors and a gardening swap.
The plant swap will happen from 10 a.m. to noon. The event begins at 9 a.m.
Vendors interested in setting up at the event should contact (270) 651-YMCA. There is no cost associated with setting up at the event, according to a flyer.
Those who want to participate in the swap can bring seedlings, seeds, full grown plants, cuttings, etc. PLants and seeds should be in good condition and free of disease or infestation. The name of the plant along with the type of care it needs should be placed with it, the flyer said.
“For example: ‘Petunia-full sun, well draining soil,'” the flyer said.
Bells Tavern Park is located just off of West Dixie Street in Park City. The park is nearby the Lions Club. Click here to see the general area.
