GLASGOW — The City of Glasgow is offering free drop-off sites for disposal of tree debris after Friday’s wind storm.
The city says only tree debris will be accepted which will be composted. The sites open at 7 a.m. each day.
As of Saturday afternoon, there are two locations in the city where dumpsters are set up for this purpose:
- Gorin Park in the parking lot next to the tennis courts.
- Beaver Trail Park in the rear parking lot to the left of the entrance.
Beginning Monday morning an additional dumpster will be located at Weldon Park in the parking lot near the baseball field, according to a press release from the city.
Dumpsters will be available until 6 p.m. each day. No household waste or hazardous waste will be accepted.
