GLASGOW — The Glasgow Transit system has expanded its route schedule to include four federal holidays.
The routes are operating on an abbreviated schedule, according to a notice sent from the Glasgow Department of Public Works. The holidays include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Juneteenth and Veterans Day.
The schedule will run from 8:15 a.m. to 3:55 p.m. instead of the typical 6:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Each round will follow the regular schedule. View it here.
Though the city transit system will continue, offices around the city will remain closed. Route deviations must be requested on the prior business day. Call (270) 629-4848 to request one.
