Linda Jo Davis, 74, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday at her residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Donnelly’s, former employee of Canteen Vending and Kentucky State Bank and a member of Dover Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late John Ralph Jones and Flossie Marie Rippy Jones Garrison.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years: Larry Joe Davis, Scottsville, KY;
1 son: Matt Davis and wife, April, Scottsville, KY;
1 daughter: Aimee Barnett and husband, Allen, Saffell, AR;
1 brother: John Ralph Jones, Jr., Rossville, IN;
2 sisters: Sharon Cockrill Keith and husband, Dwight, and Debbie Tuttle, all of Scottsville, KY;
4 grandchildren: Wesley Davis, Cainan Cox (Allison), Alaina Barnett and Emma Davis;
3 great grandchildren: Abigayle Davis, Silas James Davis and Elijah James Cox and
Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Lori Ann Davis.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Lawrence Gilliam officiating and burial in Dover Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 7:00 a.m. Monday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
