GLASGOW — A coffee and donut franchisee has announced plans to open its newest location in Glasgow this November.

Dunkin-Glasgow, a subset of Dunkin’ Donuts, posted the announcement to social media Monday. Work has been underway at the property located at 213 S.L. Rogers Blvd.

The Rouleau Company LLC purchased 2.43 acres of land from Cook Out Glasgow Inc. The company paid $1.2 million for the land and building, according to an April 4 property transfer record from the Barren County Clerk’s Office.

Cook Out Glasgow Inc. purchased the land and a building from the former Taco John’s on March 26, 2021. They paid $888,000. The project to place a Cook Out location there never materialized, however.

The property sets across from KFC and Goodwill along Rogers Wells Boulevard.

The property owners expect a grand opening to occur sometime in mid-November, the post said. More information is expected to be posted to their Facebook page.

The owners currently operate one Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Bowling Green.
