Barren Co. grand jury returns indictments during June session

GLASGOW — A series of indictments were issued by a Barren County grand jury on June 15, 2022. An indictment is an accusation only. Innocence or guilt is only proven in a court of law.

Benito R. Castro, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to third degree rape.

Tiffany L. Stiltz, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree arson and second degree persistent felony offender.

Ferlin R. Bargo, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree strangulation, second degree criminal abuse (child 12 or under) and fourth degree assault (domestic violence).

Jerrie L. England, 43, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to second degree forgery and first degree persistent felony offender.

Zachary W. Driver, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to trafficking in financial information, fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card ($10,000 or more) and theft/ receipt of a stolen credit/ debit card.

Savanna B. Hillard, 31, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card ($10,000 or more) and second degree persistent felony offender.

Michael B. Groce, 27, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition (controlled substance, less than $10,000), first degree promoting contraband and public intoxication.

Dale E. Reasoner, 45, of Burkesville, was indicted on charges relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($10,000 or more but under $1,000,000).

Tavaris M. Casher, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first degree unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal controlled substance under 16 years old), first degree unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal controlled substance), receiving stolen property (firearm), third degree trafficking in a controlled substance (alprazolam), trafficking in marijuana and first degree persistent felony offender.

Shasta L. Vaughn, 34, of London, was indicted on charges relating to first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree wanton endangerment, second degree unlawful imprisonment, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit and first degree persistent felony offender.

Mary E. Coates, 30, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), third degree criminal mischief and first degree persistent felony offender.

Kendra Y. Barlow Casher, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), first degree unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal controlled substance), receiving stolen property (firearm) and third degree trafficking in a controlled substance (alprazolam).

Randy L. Shugart, 55, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

John E. Jackson, 25, of Park City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), third degree criminal mischief, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, speeding 25 mph over the limit and no/ expired registration plates.

Christopher A. Concentine, 53, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to theft of identity of another without consent, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first degree persistent felony offender.

Troy A. Vibbert, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and second degree persistent felony offender.

Gabriel A. Doss, 44, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Michael R. Hammer, 48, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Eddie J. Cooper, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first degree persistent felony offender.

Crystal J. Hurt, 37, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and first degree persistent felony offender.

Mikayla L. Fields, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

Laurie M. Wylie, 49, of Whitesburg, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and failure to produce insurance card.

Larry D. Rutledge, 52, of Whitesburg, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Shawn T. Stinson, 41, of Indianapolis, Ind., was indicted on charges relating to tampering withy physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, no tail lamps and second degree persistent felony offender.

Kevin K. Norman, 51, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and fourth degree assault (no visible injury).

Ronnie D. Goodman, 46, of Keithville, La., was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, failure to wear a seatbelt, one headlamp and no tail lamps.

Jerianna N. Cline, 38, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to possession of synthetic drugs (second offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card and careless driving.

Dakota L. Wilson, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), resisting arrest, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and persistent felony offender.

Nicholas F. Ellis, 37, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Anthony M. Garrett, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), third degree possession of a controlled substance (Xanax) and public intoxication.

Joshua L. Poynter Jr., 19, of Hardyville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and first degree criminal trespass.

Paul E. Adams, 58, of Louisville, was indicted on charges relating to receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), theft of a motor vehicle registration plate/ renewal decal, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, possession of open alcoholic beverage container, no/ expired registration plates and first degree persistent felony offender.

Craig M. Lippert Jr., 45, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), prescription controlled substance not in proper container and no operator’s/ moped license.

Kennedy V. Rose, 26, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Christopher J. Freeman, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and failure to produce insurance card.

Dakota L. Wilson, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

Donald L. Booker, 48, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license.

Dallas C. Ruiz, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and excessive windshield/ window tinting.

Corey A. Stephens, 43, of Edmonton, was indicted on charges relating to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, no/ expired registration plates, no/ expired Kentucky registration receipt and failure to produce an insurance card.

Amber L. Howard, 34, of Scottsville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license and failure to or improper signal.

Ronald W. Browning, 43, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, license to be in possession, license to be in possession and second degree persistent felony offender.

Leon A. Trulock, 37, of Elizabethtown, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense), tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, no tail lamps and failure to or improper signal.

Cheryl L. Bennett, 45, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

Laura M. Ballard, 49, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana.

James E. Rigney, Byrdstown, Tenn., was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying/ possessing drug paraphernalia, careless driving, failure to or improper signal and failure to produce insurance card.

Mark C. Runyon, 51, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), third degree possession of a controlled substance (alprazolam), possession of marijuana and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.

Cesar J. Perez, 26, of Louisville, was indicted on charges relating to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, speeding 26 mph over the limit, excessive windshield/ window tinting, failure to wear seatbelt and second degree persistent felony offender.

Michael B. Groce, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property ($500 or more but less than $1,000).

Dillon L. Spencer, 23, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second degree possession of a controlled substance (buprenorphine), third degree possession of a controlled substance (gabapentin), third degree possession of a controlled substance (clonazepam) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Jalleem W. Erell Bailey, 24, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Dustin R. Roberts, 20, of Tompkinsville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and speeding 16 mph over the limit.

Christopher Williams, 29, of Lexington, was indicted on charges relating to possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Anthony K. Lindsey, 32, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and one headlamp.
