Gary Gene Rexroat, 75, of Louisville, KY, passed away Thursday, May 12 at Lyndon Woods Care and Rehab. Gary was born on March 16, 1947, a son of the late Gladys Alpha (Foley) and Oris Emerson Rexroat.
He was a member and attended Beechmont Baptist Church. He graduated from The University of Louisville with a Math and Physics degree. He worked at GE in the maintenance department for 30 years.
Gary married Elizabeth (Meadows) Rexroat on December 21, 1985, who survives of Louisville, KY.
Other than his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Melissa Gail Rexroat (Craig Miles) of Indiana.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 18, at 12 Noon at Fountain Run Funeral Home. Burial to follow at White Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday, 2-5 PM at Legacy Funeral Center, Nunnelley Chapel, in Louisville, KY and Wednesday, 10:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM at Fountain Run Funeral Home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fountain Run Funeral Home.
