Terry Michael Perkins, age 61, of Summersville, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022. He was born on September 10, 1960 to the Glen Perkins and the late Barbara Norris.
In addition to his father he is survived by step mother, Vivian Perkins of Burkesville; One son, Michael Perkins and fiancé Haley Hunt of Tompkinsville; one brother, Doug “ Box Car” Perkins of Summer Shade; one step-brother, Ricky Finley and wife Brenda of Indiana; one step-sister, Teresa Manning and husband Chuck of Summer Shade; five grandchildren, Henry Lee Perkins, Gage Michael Perkins, Raylie Wilson, Rosie Wilson, and Isabella Saltsman
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death one step brother, Leroy Finley.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 27, 2022 – 1:00 P.M. at McMurtrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Union # 2 Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 26, 2022, from 4:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. and will continue on Wednesday, April 27 from 8:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 P.M.
