George Ellis Pedigo, Jr., 63, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, March 13th, at his home.
Ellis was born in Barren County, KY on August 11, 1958, a son of the late Sarah Alice (Vaughn) and George Pedigo.
On May 11, 2002, he married Linda Jones at the Monroe County Courthouse.
Ellis graduated from Gamaliel High School in 1976.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Pedigo, of Tompkinsville, KY; a daughter, Crystal Botts, of Tompkinsville, KY; a son, Dustin Pedigo, of Tompkinsville, KY;
two step sons Timmy Jackson, of Fountain Run, KY and Terry Jackson, of the Gum Tree Community; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Ellis is also survived by two sisters, Ruby Wisdom, and husband, Gary, of Gamaliel, KY; Lorene Pedigo, of Tompkinsville, KY and two brothers, Jackie Pedigo, and wife, Anita, of Lafayette, TN and Chris Pedigo, and wife, Tiffany, of Bugtussle, KY.
Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Lonnie Pedigo.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 16th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, with burial to follow at Belcher Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday, 5-8 PM, and Wednesday, 8:00 AM until funeral time at 1:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ellis’ memory may be made to Belcher Cemetery.
