Barren grand jury returns indictments

GLASGOW — A Barren County grand jury convened Feb. 16 and returned several indictments. An indictment is an accusation only and does not prove or assert innocence or guilt.

Walter Reece, 57, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of synthetic drugs, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Katherine Moore, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of synthetic drugs, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Tyler C. Stith, 27, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition (contents from a vehicle) and second degree persistent felony offender.

Damiyan J. Carter, 31, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree assault, third degree burglary and first degree wanton endangerment.

Anthony L. Mosby Jr., 39, of Lucas, was indicted on charges relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition and first degree persistent felony offender.

Raymond J. Johns, 56, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to second degree assault, resisting arrest and menacing.

Elvis S. Jones, 32, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on charges relating to receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and first degree persistent felony offender.

Jeremy D. Burnsides, 41, of Cookeville, Tenn., was indicted on charges relating to first degree wanton endangerment, first degree possession of controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Michael A. Golwitzer, 41, of Elizabethtown, was indicted on charges relating to manufacturing methamphetamine, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, public intoxication and improper parking violations.

Cody T. Vibbert, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, possession of marijuana, rear license plate not illuminated and no/ expired registration plates.

Jody C. Tucker, 20, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to kidnapping, attempted murder, second degree robbery, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first degree wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and second degree criminal mischief.

Dana J. York, 39, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.

Carlandus S. Ellis, 31, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (Oxycodone), prescription controlled substance not in proper container and one headlamp.

Christy M. Harper, 41, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license and no tail lamps.

Brandy N. Nickson, 37, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Gene A. Parrish, 32, of Burkesville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone), prescription controlled substance not in proper container and theft by unlawful taking or disposition (under $500).

Timothy C. Nunn, 60, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to trafficking in marijuana and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

James C. McCandless, 35, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.

Phillip W. Bryant, 42, of Austin, was indicted on charges relating to first degree strangulation, second degree assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and terroristic threatening.

Chasity D. Stewart, 46, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Johnny P. Boles, 66, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree criminal abuse (child 12 or under) and public intoxication.

Linda G. Boles, 62, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree criminal abuse (child 12 or under), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Michael C. Lowe, 47, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and second degree persistent felony offender.

Nicholas D. Hodges, 40, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and first degree persistent felony offender.

Steve L. Todd Jr., 34, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Brandon D. Crenshaw, 35, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and public intoxication.

John E. Key-Clark, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree burglary, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and third degree criminal mischief.

Danielle R. Coats, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree burglary, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot) and first degree persistent felony offender.

Christopher A. O’Brien, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to second degree burglary, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), second degree possession of a controlled substance (Buprenorphine), prescription controlled substance not in proper container and first degree persistent felony offender.

Jesse W. Bell, 39, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but under $10,000), leaving the scene of an accident/ failure to render aid or assistance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and any other substance and first degree persistent felony offender.

Billy J. Johnson, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (opiates), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, license to be in possession and first degree persistent felony offender.
