GLASGOW, Ky. — Glasgow Police responded last week to a violent altercation at a home along Lakeview Boulevard.
The altercation happened Nov. 23. Officers determined the altercation occurred and the victim had been cut across the chest with a box cutter knife.
Cieron Burns, 33, of Glasgow, was arrested and charged with second degree assault (domestic violence) and first degree strangulation.
Burns is lodged at the Barren County Detention Center. He is held with a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6 at 1 p.m.
