An two vehicle accident was reported Thursday night in Tompkinsville on Fountain Run Road and Stanford Street outside of Gamaliel. According to reports up to 11 people were injured in the accident. The area was closed for several times while police investigated. Those injured were transported to the Monroe County Medical Center. The accident is still being investigated.
