Every “litter bit” hurts, and now the city is turning the tables on litter bugs.
Beginning August 2nd, you could face a fine if you are driving through town with a load of anything that is not properly secured and it falls out.
Ten dollars is the first time penalty, with the amount going up for additional violations.
