Early yesterday morning at approximately 2:44 a.m., Trooper

Wesley Medley and Trooper Randy Chamber responded to 1743 Jones Schoolhouse Road in

Hart County, in reference to trying to locate a wanted person. Trooper Medley made

contact with the resident, Deonna D. Breithart (48) of Magnolia.

Ms. Breithart was placed under arrest for three counts of Failure to Report Change

in Order to Receive Benefits (Class D Felony). These charges stemmed from a 2010

Hart County Indictment. Ms. Breithart was lodged in the Hart County Jail.
